College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) is a private institute, established in 1998 by Seth Roshan Lal Jan trust and is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Sri Dev Suman University, All India Council of Technical Education and is approved by AICTE. The institute is functioning from its campus located at Rehmadpur Vardhmanpuram, Haridwar Rd, Roorkee in the state of Uttarakhand. It is situated on National Highway (NH-58) which is about 180km North of Delhi. It is 7km from Roorkee towards Haridwar. The college is spread over 75 acres of lush green pollution free campus.

The college has a well equipped infrastructure and highly experienced faculty. COER helps in all round development of students and nutures them with all the dynamics of education.
