- BHM is a four year full fledged undergraduate course that is pursued by students after the completion of 10+2.
- This course focuses on topics such as different facets of hotel industry. It deals with a range of aspects like Front-office, housekeeping, food & beverage production and food & beverage service.
- The eligibility for pursuing BHM is that a student must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science) from a recognized board.
- The minimum age limit to pursue this course is 17years and the maximum age limit is 22years.
- The average course fee of BHM is 3lakh to 3.5lakh per annum.
- Subjects of the subjects taught in BHM are Introduction to Hospitality & Tourism Industry, Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Food Office Operations, Business Communication, Accommodation Operation, Bakery, Hospitality Accounting Management, Food Sciences & Nutrition, Global Food Trends, Human Resources Management.

Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT)
- BHMCT is a four year undergraduate course pursued after the completion of 10+2.
- This course focuses on the study of management techniques associated with catering and hotel administration.
- The eligibility of BHMCT is that a student must have passed 12th with a minimum of 50% from any stream (Arts, Science or Commerce).
- The maximum age limit to pursue this course is 22 years.
- The average fee of BHMCT is 3 lakh to 4 lakh per annum.
- BHMCT is focused on both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Some of the subjects taught in BHMCT are Front Office Operation, Hotel Information System, House Keeping Management, Front Office Management, Business Communication, Basic Accounting, etc.
