BSc Microbiology

  • BSc Microbiology is a three year undergraduate course pursue by students after the completion of 10+2.
  • This course focuses on the study of micro organisms such as bacteria, virus, fungi, parasites, etc. It gives thorough knowledge about microorganisms, their properties and impact on human body with the help of scientific tools such as microscope, genetic, etc.

  • This course focuses on the study of diseases caused by microbes such as parasites, virus, fungi, bacteria and ways to prevent these diseases.
  • The eligibility of this course is that a student must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized university.
  • The minimum age to pursue this course is 17 years but there is no upper age limit.
  • The average fee for this course is 50,000rs – 3lakh per annum.
