Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is a well known engineering institute in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in the year 2001 by Shri Ram Education Trust. It is affiliated to Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and approved by All India Council of Technical Education and Ministry of HRD and Government of India. The campus is spread across 20 acres of land. It has a transit hostel, dispensary, play-ground, gymnasium, student activity center, and an auditorium. The campus is completely residential with fully fledged accommodation facilities provided for all students in hostels.
The college offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate level course. The college has a well equipped infrastructure and highly experienced faculty. GNIOT is one of the best universities among the top ranking universities in India. The university provides best education as well as placement to the individuals. It aims at providing ample opportunities to the students for their growth and development. The industrial visits, industrial training and placement related activities are held time to time.
The training and placement cell offers training and guidance to the students regarding the recruitment process. For BTech, the highest placement package offered was Rs 33.40 LPA and the average was Rs 12 LPA. The highest placement package for MBA was 7.8 LPA this year and the minimum CTC offered was 3 LPA. For the session 2019-2020, 100% students got placed in MBA course.
